In early 2025 a research contract set the task of developing a machine around a micro pellet extruder. Driven by a good deal of initiative, that machine was designed, built and commissioned within a few months. The original ambition was that it should not sit idle – which led to full CE documentation and the basis for a market-ready product.

From the ideato a CE product
Honest, functional and durable products.
One clear principle guides how we develop our machines: high-quality standard parts, reputable manufacturers, and a focus on function, reliability and serviceability.
Growth & team Towards the end of 2025 the idea was developed further together with Alexander Härdrich. As a software developer he brought exactly the complement the hardware-heavy approach needed.
Close collaboration with Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena is an important part of our work. Continuous exchange turns research and practice into shared ideas. Jena in particular is where a strong network of research, development and application comes together – and where we want to push the potential of pellet-based 3D printing further.
