Pellets allow additives, regrind or colour masterbatches to be blended in directly. Material properties can be adjusted deliberately – without a separate filament production step.
No filament problems
Direct processing removes the usual sources of error.Pellet extruders achieve significantly higher material throughput than filament systems.
That means shorter print times, economical production of larger parts and better scalability.
Recycling: pellets are easier to recycle. Production waste can be fed straight back into the process.
